"Got a Little Turned Around"
The trail signs were kind of confusing, not sure how to explain it, but they just didn’t feel clear in a couple spots. We ended up getting turned around twice, which was a bit frustrating.

"Helpful support without the usual hassle"
I had a question before my park visit and they got back to me quickly. The reply was clear and actually felt like a real person answered, not some copy-paste response. Compared to other busy places where you feel like just another person in the crowd, this was a much easier experience. It definitely helped me plan things better, so yeah, good support overall.

"Really well-kept trails"
So, I went out last weekend, i was kind of surprised by how nice everything was. The trails were, like, really well taken care of, the signs were easy to follow, and the brush was trimmed back enough that it felt safe without feeling too polished or anything. You can just tell someone is actually keeping up with it, you know? It made the whole hike feel way more relaxed. I’ll definitely check azstateparks.com again before we pick our next trail

"Booking through azstateparks.com was easy and everything…"
Booking through AZ State Parks was easy and everything went fine with the reservation. The only issue was that our RV electric hookup cut out twice during the stay. The staff did come by and help, which I appreciated, but it was still kind of annoying to deal with, if that makes sense.

"Helpful when it decides to be"
I used azstateparks.com to look up park hours, fees, and trail info before a weekend trip. For the most part, it was easy to use and most of the info seemed right. But it definitely has a “works when it wants to” vibe. A few things didn’t match what we found once we got to the park, like a trail notice and some facility details. It wasn’t trip-ruining or anything, just kind of annoying when you’re trying to plan ahead. Overall, it’s useful, but I’d double check anything important before you go.

"Not Up to My Usual Standards"
I was disappointed with the visit. The bathrooms were dirty, and there was trash left around the picnic tables. I don’t expect everything to be perfect, but I do have a basic standard for cleanliness when I’m spending time somewhere, and this just didn’t meet it.

I had to cancel a campsite at the last minute, the whole thing was straightforward. The refund policy was clearly laid out before I did anything, so I knew exactly what to expect going in. That’s really all you can ask for with this kind of thing. The cancellation only took a few minutes, and the confirmation email showed up right away. No hassle, no guessing, no surprises. It worked the way it should. 5 stars from me.

"Good visit, but a little expensive"
I stopped in the other day after running a few errands, and overall it was a good visit. The place was nice, the service was fine, and I didn’t really have any complaints. That said, it did end up being a bit pricier than I expected, especially since I’d already spent more than I planned earlier that day. I’d still go back, just maybe not all the time.

"Gets Crowded Fast"
It’s a decent place overall, but when it gets busy there just aren’t enough spots available. I had to circle around for a while, which was a little frustrating... hopefully they can figure out a better setup.

Checked azstateparks before a trip to see what amenities were there. Most info was fine, but details on showers and water felt a little unclear. Park itself was great, just wish the site made availability easier to trust.

"Helpful site, but accessibility could be better"
I used azstateparks.com when I was trying to look up info for a park trip, and it took me back to that feeling of planning a day outside and wanting everything to be simple and stress-free. For the most part, the site did what I needed, and some pages were easy to get through. But I did notice a few buttons and menus were awkward to use with just a keyboard, and some of the text didn’t have great contrast. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it could definitely use some cleanup so it’s easier for everyone to use, especially people who rely on better accessibility.

I used AZ State Parks before heading out to a couple of parks, it helped a lot, a lot more than I expected. The info was clear and easy to follow, so I could plan around the busier times instead of just showing up and guessing. Once we got to the park, the entry lines moved well and it didn’t feel like everyone was crowded into one spot. The staff seemed to keep things moving, moving along smoothly. Ended up having a much calmer day than I thought we would. 5 stars from me.

I used azstateparks.com to check out a few parks, it was smooth. Finding maps, fees, and hours didn’t take much effort, which I really appreciated. Making a reservation was straightforward too, nothing felt confusing or clunky. The pages loaded just fine on my phone as well. Overall, it’s a nice, easy-to-use site with no major complaints from me 👍

"I was just trying to book a campsite…"
I was just trying to book a campsite, it turned into this whole annoying thing. The site kept sending me back to the beginning for no reason, then dates that looked available would suddenly disappear when I got to checkout. Like, I get that spots fill up fast, but it felt more like the website was glitching than anything else. I tried a few times, got frustrated, checked again, same problem, and eventually I just gave up. They really need to make the reservation process clearer and quicker, because this should not be that hard
